In February 2018, Bannock County implemented a new Enterprise system. With the assistance of Esri’s Jumpstart program the server and Portal build only took a few days, however there were many follow up activities required to develop a fully functioning system. Many of these activities spanned several months before and after the Jumpstart. Among the various activities necessary were data migration, multi-editor implementation, AGOL changes (http to https), ArcGIS Server Federation… all new web services and re-sourced map layers, hyperlinked images, and documents… scripted process... Just to name a few. We will share the tools used to track and report progress and offer practical insight on the evolving process of Enterprise Implementation.
