In this session we will discuss 3D GIS concepts and how to leverage this technology to analyze the world around us.  3D GIS let’s us add dimension to our data and allows us to analyze it through visualization.  We want to share a vision with how you can create new ways to use 3D GIS which can dynamically change our perception of the world around us using immersive technology.  Underground utilities, urban planning, indoor mapping are just basic examples of where we can apply this technology.  We will showcase both Esri and Trimble concepts.
